This Artisanal French liquor begins it’s life in the Alps as fresh handpicked Elderflower Blossoms during a three to four day window. These Elderflower Blossoms are then bicycled down to the distillery and immediately macerated to capture the freshest flavor. The St. Germain liquor is processed using old-world techniques to marry the elderflower maceration with eau-de-vie or grape spirit. This process dates back to 1884. They blend the resulting spirit with a hint of citrus and just enough cane juice to enhance the natural flavor of the blossoms. The final St. Germain beverage is a clean floral nose with hints of pear, peach, and grapefruit zest. This is truly a unique tasting beverage that is especially refreshing on the rocks with club soda or in one of the many suggested cocktail concoctions. ST. GERMAIN
