Klipsch LightSpeaker System Architectural Speaker
This is an ingenious speaker solution for the entire home from Klipsch, it’s called the LightSpeaker. They have combined a ultra efficiency LED light bulb with a Klipsch Hi-Fi speaker. The fully integrated design offers wireless sound to any room you plug the light bulb into. If you aren’t familiar with the newest technology in LED overhead lighting, here’s the skinny: 10 Watt output light puts out the equivalent of a 65 Watt incandescent light bulb and over 40,000 hours or close to 15 years of usage. The LightSpeaker installs in place of your overhead “can” lights in your home. They are easily configured for single or multi-room use. A remote control and transmitter connects to your existing stereo/audio system or iPod dock. They standard system comes with the two LightSpeakers and the transmitter unit, the cost is $599.99 US.
