A blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Charbono and Grenache. Orin Swift Cellars headed by Dave Phinney, began with a dream while studying abroad at the University of Florence. Truly starting from the bottom up, working as the only white guy in an all Mexican shift for Robert Mondavi, Phinney purchased his first Zinfandel Grapes and now in the hills above Oakville, has built a respectable vineyard and tasting room in downtown St. Helena.
