Bar Pintxo
Bar Pintxo, located in Santa Monica, California is well worth the trip. It certainly beats a flight to Barcelona, which is as far as you’d have to go to get authentic “Tapa’s” dishes. Bar Pintxo also serves Jamon Iberico, the prized ham from Spain who’s fat is actually good for you. The Tapa’s menu is loaded with excellent dishes as well as an assortment of vegetarian dishes. The Wine list is quite extensive, showcasing a huge variety of Spanish wines and Cava’s. Owned, and conceived by Chef Joseph Miller of Joe’s restaurant, Bar Pintxo was inspired after a recent trip to Barcelona. I hope after you take a trip to Bar Pintxo, you will become inspired too.
