PETROS Restaurant & Lounge
Located in Manhattan Beach is this cozy restaurant named Petros. Greek food is the specialty however don’t let that fool you. The food is the most unique and delicious Greek food you will try. Not your usual heavy, meat laden dishes. These are light, tasty dishes. Grilled fish, fantastic salads, one with Watermelon and Manouri cheese with heirloom tomatoes, feta and honey. You will feel like you are on a Greek Island. There is a great patio for those who like dining outdoors while most of the interior is candle lit but in a casual more than only a romantic way. This is truly a relaxing restaurant. The mixed grill was also notable with Lamb chops, Octopus, Squid and Shrimp all grilled perfectly with a huge wedge of lemon and a side of shoestring fries. The wine list is also extensive with a large selection of Indigenous Greek Wines as well as almost all other varieties. The servers were pleasant every time my Wife and I have gone to eat there.
