The Murinsel Bridge
The Murinsel bridge which was designed by Architect Vito Acconci, has pushed the boundary between functional space, urban planning, and bridge building. This bridge actually floats, rising with the tide, can support over three hundred people. It’s organic shape looks like a giant cocoon from out of space has landed in the water. In fact however, there is an amphitheater on the outside, a sun deck, and an interior coffee bar, of course it is also a bridge over the river Mur in Graz, Austria. Cool place.
